Third Party Liability Insurance

A Third Party Policy covers the policyholder's legal liability to pay damages in respect of the death of, or bodily injury to, any person and also their legal liability in respect of loss of or damage to the property of any person.

This Policy can be extended to include the risks of fire and/or theft damage to the vehicle insured.

Motor Comprehensive Insurance

The Motor Comprehensive Insurance Policy covers the insured vehicle for loss or damage as a result of an accident as well as third party liability arising therefrom.  The Insurance company will repair or reinstate any lost or damaged part/s of the vehicle not otherwise excluded in the Policy.  

Under standard policy conditions, the will undertake to repair all damages to the insured vehicle at workshops of its choice.  However, it is possible for the Policyholder to chose a Workshop of his choice or to repair at the Agency/Dealer if the vehicle is brand new at an additional premium to be agreed at the time of issuing the policy.
